Libero Technology Company Limited. (formerly known as Libero Scientific Equipment Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1987 and its head office is located in Hong Kong. The English name Libero is derived from Italian, meaning freedom. With the rapid development of the domestic economy, the Shanghai office and maintenance department were established in 1988, and the Beijing office was completed in 1994. Libero specializes in the distribution of laboratory equipment of famous European and American brands, including laboratory design, computerized color matching management system, textile quality testing equipment, and optical testing equipment. The Libao Textile Testing Department has been engaged in the sales and technical services of computer color measurement and matching and quality testing equipment for the textile industry. Its customers include textile, paint, printing, automotive, plastics and other industries.

The products covered by the Libero photometry department include: optical radiation, photometric measuring instruments and color measuring instruments in the spectrum ranging from ultraviolet, visible to far-infrared. The products have a wide range of applications, and can be used in various types of optical, optical fiber and optoelectronic research and production, such as LED and LCD displays, lighting industry, and color science, plastic products, building decoration and other industries.
