Contact Cold Test Analyzer
- Description
Description
The contact cold test analyzer is used to measure the degree of cold contact of cold gloves (contact resistance value – the ability of gloves to prevent heat transfer) test.
Standard: EN 511, GB/T 38304-2019
The system includes: disc device, climate chamber, calibration heat flow plate, acquisition device and testing software
The system automatically performs the “Two-Plate Thermal Resistance Test” with minimal operator input. Samples with a diameter of approximately 85mm can be tested in as little as 2 hours. The thermal resistance (R-value) of the sample is displayed on the monitoring PC and a detailed log of the test is generated in standard XML format for further analysis in various software.
Repeated tests of the same sample with this device varied by less than 5%, with typical results within 1% of each other.
