Convection Cold Hand Test Analyzer
- Description
Description
The convective cold hand test analyzer is used to measure the degree to which cold gloves can withstand convective contact with cold (convective thermal resistance value – the ability of gloves to resist heat loss from the hand) test.
Standard: EN 511, GB/T 38304-2019
The system includes: hand model, climate chamber, acquisition device and testing software
Standard Porcelain Hand Model: Dimensions conform to EN 511 standard, made of carbon composite material, built-in heating element to provide uniform surface temperature to simulate the surface of a human hand.
The phantom has two measurement areas: the hand and the forearm, separated by a guard zone at the wrist. Both zones were heated to the same temperature and the temperature loss for each zone was recorded separately to provide data for gauging glove effectiveness.
Standard test software, automatic or manual test operation
The hand heating system can maintain a steady heat flow of 200W/m² through the hand mold
The setting range of the surface temperature of the hand model is not less than 30~35°C, and the local deviation of the surface temperature does not exceed ±1°C
Customized environmental climate chamber temperature, humidity deviation, airflow velocity, turbulence intensity, etc. are all within standard tolerances
